Refund & Cancellation Policy — Sri Jagannath Banquet & Hotel
1. General

Applies to all room bookings made via our website, phone or at the hotel.

By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
2. Cancellation Before Check-In

Free cancellation if done at least 48 hours before the check-in date → Full refund (except any payment gateway / convenience charge).

Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in → One night’s room charge will be deducted, rest refunded.
3. No-Show

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not cancelled, it is treated as a no-show → No refund.
4. Early Check-Out

If you check out before your booked departure date, refunds will not be given for the unused nights.
5. Booking Modifications

You can request changes to check-in / check-out dates or room type, subject to availability.

No modification fee if done at least 48 hours before check-in.

Tariff differences (if any) will be applied.
6. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some rates or offers may be marked Non-Refundable.

For such bookings: No refund for cancellation or no-show. The full amount will be charged.
7. Refund Process

Timeline: Refunds will be processed in 7–10 business days for online payments; for UPI / wallet it may be faster depending on provider.

Mode: Refunds will go back to the original payment method.
8. Force Majeure / Special Circumstances

For cancellations due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, government restrictions, medical emergencies, etc.), we may:

Offer rescheduling, or

Issue credit vouchers, or
-
Provide partial/full refunds — on a case-by-case basis.
