1. General

  • By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts all hotel policies including Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Rules & Regulations.

  • Sri Jagannath Banquet & Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility to Stay

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

  • Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests aged 18+.

  • Check-in will be denied without valid ID, and any payment made will be non-refundable.

3. Acceptable ID Proofs

Valid IDs include:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Passport

  • Driving License

  • Voter ID

  • Government-issued ID

Local IDs are accepted.
PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID proof.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Guests must present the same ID used during booking.

5. Reservation & Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or partner platforms.

  • Payment options may include Pay Now or Pay at Hotel, depending on the room type selected.

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Extra services (room service, etc.) will be charged at checkout.

6. Cancellation / Modification

  • Cancellation and modification policies vary according to room type.

  • Guests must check the Fare Policy associated with each booking.

  • Charges may apply for cancellations or changes.

  • Any promotional discount, coupon, or offer becomes void after cancellation or modification.

  • Hotel reserves the right to allow or deny modifications based on availability.

7. Right of Admission

Sri Jagannath Banquet & Hotel reserves the right to deny or cancel accommodation if:

  • Guests fail to provide valid identification

  • Guests pose as a couple without proper ID

  • Guests engage in unlawful or disruptive behavior

  • Guests are local residents and admission is deemed inappropriate

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests must:

  • Maintain decorum within the property

  • Avoid damaging property or infrastructure

  • Not disturb other guests

  • Not bring outside visitors to guest rooms

The hotel reserves the right to evict guests for misconduct without refund.

9. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited within the property.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

  • Violation of these rules may result in penalties or denial of stay.

10. Food Policy

  • Non-veg food is allowed.

  • Outside food is allowed.

  • Food delivery from Swiggy, Zomato, and local restaurants is permitted.

11. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on the property.

  • No pets live within the hotel premises.

12. Accessibility

  • The property is wheelchair accessible.

  • Guests must bring their own wheelchair or mobility support if needed.

13. Safety & Security

  • The hotel is under CCTV surveillance in common areas for safety.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • The hotel does not take liability for theft or loss of valuables not deposited at the reception or secure facility.

14. Events & Parties

  • Private events or parties are allowed only with prior approval.

  • Event booking terms differ from room bookings and may include advance payment and security deposit.

  • Any damage caused during events will be chargeable.

15. Limitation of Liability

The hotel is not responsible for:

  • Denied check-in due to invalid or missing ID

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, natural disasters, power issues, etc.)

  • Misconduct by guests or visitors

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
